If after checking in you change your plans and decide to leave earlier ( stay less days then reserved), you have to pay half of rental price for those days you reserved but do not stay.

Early check-in would be charged the full apartment rate.  
Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out available if this apartment has not reservation on this date.

Important: If the length of your stay is three (3) nights or less, the price automatically is +$ 5 per night.
