Kitchen is separated from the living area by the bar table and is fitted with all needed equipment for making your favorite meals. There is also embedded laundry washer in one of kitchen tables. Unique dull glass doors divide studio living-room from the bedroom and also a living-room from the bathroom. The fully modern tiled bathroom has a big Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, wash-basin with big mirror, unique shelves embedded in the wall for all your small things, and there is a w.c. of course. You will also find a big wardrobe embedded in the wall in the hall, it has big tall doors with mirrors on them. This apartment has unlimited broadband (256Kbps) internet connection. You will find this apartment ideally suitable either for your stay on business trip or for a comfortable safe and private rest  

This apartment is located in the very center of the city, on the beautiful ancient Saksahans'koho Street famous with it's numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, nightclubs and many beautiful ancient houses. It's only 10-15 minutes of easy walking to the well-known Khreschatik street, Bessarabs'ka Square and a few minutes more to Independence Square.

Price per night: USD 150.

Booking: Non-refundable prepayment of 1 night of rent is needed for reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In case of not arrival, cancel reservation, change arrival date reservation prepayment isn`t refundable.

Check-in, Check-out: Check -in time - 13pm (13:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)  
Early check-in would be charged the full apartment rate.  
Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out available if this apartment has not reservation on this date.

Important: If the length of your stay is three (3) nights or less, the price automatically is +$ 5 per night.
