Mini hotel which is consist of 5 apartments (#151, #152, #153, #154, #155) is situated on 5 Mayakovskiy lane, small lane which connect Gavanaya and Preobrazhenskaya Streets. Entrance via courtyard, gates to courtyard are on code. Apartments are situated in newly built building in the courtyard. Nice stairs, hall on the first floor with small sofa. There is one apartment on the ground floor – #155, two apartments on the first floor #153 and #151, one apartment on the second floor – #154 and mansard room #152. Minihotel is opened on June 20,2008. Renovation is just finished. Everything is new and deluxe. One room/ one bedroom cozy apartment is on the first floor. It has a king size bed in the 30 sq m room, dining area with fridge and glass table. There are tiles floor in shower & WC, autonomous heating system and water supply. The apartment is fitted with consumer electronics such as TV set with cable TV 71 channels, iron, fridge, air conditioner. There is nice small balcony with courtyard view. This apartment is located in central area 5 Mayakovskiy lane,, perfect location on 5 Mayakovskiy lane corner Gavannaya Street, 3 minutes walking from Deribasovskaya str. Night clubs, restaurants are within 2 minutes walking.

Booking: Non-refundable prepayment of 1 night of rent is needed for reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In case of not arrival, cancel reservation, change arrival date reservation prepayment is not refundable. If after checking in you change your plans and decide to leave earlier ( stay less days then reserved), you have to pay half of rental price for those days you reserved but do not stay.

Check-in, Check-out: Check -in time - 13pm (13:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)  
Early check-in would be charged the full apartment rate.  
Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out available if this apartment has not reservation on this date.

Important: If the length of your stay is three (3) nights or less, the price automatically is +$ 5 per night.
