Everything in the apartment is new and of a good quality. There is a spacious living room with fold out bed, big plasma TV set 42’ with cable channels, Home theatre, cable modem for High speed Internet 1024KB, Wi Fi. From the living room entrance to the dining room and small kitchenette with all the stuff for cooking, microwave, fridge, gas stove. There is a dining area with a glass table and comfortable chairs, working area with a desk for your computer. Nice bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe. Also you’ll find there a nice bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, entrance to the bathroom is from the bedroom and from the living room, it means there could sleep 2 couples (or 2 people, or couple with child) one in the living room and one in the bedroom and they wouldn’t disturb each other at night, they will enter bathroom from their own rooms. Apartment has autonomous heating system, very good water pressure, a tank for extra water supply 1000 liters. The apartment is fitted with all needed consumer electronics such plasma 42’TV set with cable channels, home theatre, DVD, washing machine, air conditioner, cable modem for high speed Internet 1024KB, Wi Fi, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron. You'll also find there such a things like bathrobes, umbrella, shoes kit. Local calls within Odessa are free of charge. Parking is available in the courtyard.

This apartment is located in central area 24 Preobrazhenskaya street,, corner Deribasovskaya, opposite Greek consulate. Night clubs, restaurants are within 2 minutes walking. Preobrazhenskaya str. is a long street which begins on the cross with Sofiyevskaya Street and ends on famous Odessa PRIVOZ. You need only 30 minutes to pass by steps the whole street from its beginning to the end - Odessa is not very big city.

Price per night: USD 95.

Price per night from June till October: USD 110.

Booking: Non-refundable prepayment of 1 night of rent is needed for reservation.

Cancellation Policy: In case of not arrival, cancel reservation, change arrival date reservation prepayment is not refundable. If after checking in you change your plans and decide to leave earlier ( stay less days then reserved), you have to pay half of rental price for those days you reserved but do not stay.

Check-in, Check-out: Check -in time - 13pm (13:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)  
Early check-in would be charged the full apartment rate.  
Late check-out till 20.00 would be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out available if this apartment has not reservation on this date.

Important: If the length of your stay is three (3) nights or less, the price automatically is +$ 5 per night.
